Return Policy
Please utilize the Returns link under Customer Service to begin a return or exchange.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Return Exceptions
All merchandise, except $6.00 products, that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Neckties purchased from the $6.00 category of products may not be returned for a refund but can be exchanged for another product of the same category.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for any purchase.
Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but will have to pay return shipping costs.
